Home Farm Holidays
1. Unless otherwise agreed, the homes are let as holiday accommodation on a weekly basis. We will look forward to welcoming you any time after 4:00pm on the day of your arrival, and we ask you to leave by 10:00am on the day of your departure.
2. In case of emergency we reserve the right of access to the home at any time during the letting period.
3. We will be glad to confirm your booking in writing once we have received a completed booking form and deposit. If you have to cancel for any reason, we will refund your deposit less an administration charge, provided we can re-let the property. For this reason we strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
4. We ask you to pay the balance of the total rent at least six weeks before the date your holiday starts. Otherwise we reserve the right to re-let your week.
5. For insurance reasons bookings are not interchangeable. For the same reasons the property should not be sub let, nor should the number of persons in occupation exceed the sleeping accommodation provided
6. Occasional damage or breakage is unavoidable. If you damage or break something, please tell us, and we will try and put things right with the least cost and inconvenience to you.
