Brayton Park Golf

A 9-hole, par-32 affiliated parkland course set in the grounds of Brayton Hall. The course operates on a ‘pay for play’ basis.
Our long established and superb golf course is situated within the estate and open all year round, 7:30am till Dusk every day of the year.

  • Brayton Duo of Sausages – Both our Sweet Mild Cumberland Sausage and Traditional Pepper Sausage with either Creamed Potatoes or Homemade Chips, Seasonal Vegetables and Onion Gravy

  • Chicken Elizabethan – Charred chicken breast served in a white wine cream sauce with bacon, mushroom and onions served with seasonal vegetables and choice of potatoes
  • Salmon Fillet – Pan seared North Sea Salmon fillet served with a lemon and dill butter, seasonal vegetables and choice of potatoes
  • Brayton Park Traditional or Sweet Mild Cumberland Sausage – Using the whole pig, 160 year old recipe served with caramelised onion gravy, seasonal vegetables, choice of potatoes and accompanied with local nettle/apple jelly
